I had a great experience at SERE Motors Belfast because I dealt with a girl called Joanne. She was extremely patient with my husband and I (we are 70+). Very at ease with the Transaction. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Very pleasant during the following up call, offering me another demonstration on the features of the car as I am slightly unsure. Would recommend going to Joanne for the purchase of another car. Can't rate her professionalism and friendliness higher.

The experience at SERE Motors Belfast was great because Gary looked after us from start to finish. We always purchased our cars from Charles Hurst in the past, but the experience in SERE was like night and day compared to Hursts. Gary listened to our needs, he was knowledgeable and most importantly no hard pushy sales. He is an asset to the company and the motor trade needs more people like Gary.
